Ecommerce Manager

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end E-commerce P&L across D2C, Amazon & marketplaces, B2B, and Q-Commerce
  • Growth of online revenue, contribution margins, and repeat customers
  • Scaling TGL’s presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce and emerging marketplaces
  • Performance marketing – traffic, conversion, AOV, retention
  • Execution on quick-commerce platforms with sharp focus on availability and velocity

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in E-commerce - (FMCG / Food / Beverage will be add on)

Senior Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities 

  • Catalogue creation & maintenance on Amazon and marketplaces
  • Inventory management & stock reconciliation
  • FBA shipment creation and inbound tracking
  • Order & inventory sync via Unicommerce
  • Pricing updates, offers & promotions execution
  • Coordination with warehouse, logistics & internal teams
  • Weekly MIS reporting & data analysis using advanced Excel

Experience Level

  • 2–5 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

Packaging Vendor Development - Executive

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Manage end-to-end packaging development and execution for tea, coffee, and related accessories.
2. Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
3. Ensure packaging meets luxury quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct packaging trials, approvals, and quality checks before production runs.
5. Optimize packaging costs without compromising on quality or premium look & feel.
5. Maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and documentation.
6. Work closely with Marketing, Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams for new launches and improvements.
7. Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and plan replenishment accordingly.
8.Address packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Experience Level

3-5 years of experience in packaging roles within FMCG, luxury, food & beverage, or allied industries.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of packaging materials (paperboard, tins, glass, laminates, corrugation, etc.).
• Eye for detail and aesthetics suitable for luxury / premium FMCG brands.
• Vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of packaging compliance, labeling norms, and food safety standards.
• Good coordination and execution skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Coffee Expert

Location: Bhiwandi , Mumbai

Qualifications:

  • Active Q-Grader Certification from the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field preferred. 
  • Specialised training and certifications from a recognised coffee academy are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have a proven track-record of working with leading coffee brands.
  • Should have a strong understanding of: ➢Coffees from Karnataka (Chikmagalur, Baba Budangiri, Coorg, Biligiris, Manjarabad), Kerala, AndhraPradesh and Tamil Nadu in South India.
  • ➢Coffees from Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, Colombia, Ethiopia, Peru, etc.
  • ➢Region specific coffee characteristics for green coffee sourcing strategies, create unique &consistent flavour profiles for proprietary blends.
  • ➢Coffee cultivation, processing methods, global coffee origins, and supply chain dynamics. 
  • ➢Average green coffee prices of different regions, manufacture and grades–including their shelf-lifeand preserving qualities.
  • ➢Specialty Coffee origin & manufacture specific single estate/artisanal blends.

• The incumbent will be responsible for Products related to Coffee including organoleptic evaluationof green & roasted coffees and developing region specific blends.

• S/He will build direct/ indirect coffee procurement & logistics capability for direct sourcing/tradefrom coffee plantations as well as public auctions.

• S/He will also be capable of creating signature and unique blends for the brand as well as matchbenchmarked coffee blends.

Head Gifting

Qualifications
MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Strategy preferred)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and scale the corporate & B2B gifting vertical, driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
2. Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury brands, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
3. Own annual gifting strategy, targets, pricing, and margins, with strong focus on festive and bulk orders.
4. Drive product curation, customization, and premium packaging in collaboration with marketing and sourcing teams.
5. Manage key accounts, large-ticket negotiations, and repeat business from top clients.
6. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and logistics for timely and flawless execution.
7. Lead, mentor, and scale the gifting sales and operations team.
8. Knowledge of the unorganised gifting trade and gifting aggregators.

Experience Level
10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales / Key Account Management
• Prior exposure to FMCG, premium, luxury, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop B2B export business across assigned international regions for Tea & Coffee.
2. Drive export strategy, distributor appointment, performance management, and asset utilization.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners.
4. Own export revenue, profitability, and achievement of primary/secondary targets; review monthly MIS and forecasts.
5. Lead coordination with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
6. Represent the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and strategic client engagements.

Experience Level
10+ years of experience in Export / International Business
