We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns policy laid out below is to deal with such situations.

Damaged / Defective Product:
In case the packaging, or the product was defective or damaged, then please raise it with us at info@tglcompany.com. Subject to verification, we will have a pickup arranged and replace the order with something else of your choice, or give you the credits in your account for another purchase. -
Incorrect Product / Quantity Shipped:
In case we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please flag it at info@tglcompany.com and we will have it replaced with the correct product right away. Please allow us 7 days to arrange the replacements.
Full amount paid will be refunded to the original source of payment only in case of duplicate payment or Order Cancellation. For other concerns, please reach out to us on info@tglcompany.com.
