Shipping and Returns

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
TGL Co. offers reliable domestic shipping across India through trusted logistics partners. Shipping fees, eligibility for free shipping, and delivery timelines may vary based on ongoing policies, promotions, and service availability.

Orders are typically dispatched within a reasonable processing window, and most deliveries are completed within a standard timeframe. However, actual delivery times may differ due to factors such as location, courier capacity, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Any shipping charges, thresholds for free delivery, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Updated shipping terms will always be reflected at checkout.


2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
We are proud to state that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers for selected locations in India.  If you do not see a COD shipping method then your postal code will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery. 

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are proud to state that we provide global shipping to most of the locations in the world. We only charge additional shipping charges as per the country of delivery. The Shipping rates may differ as per the Delivery locations. Cash on Delivery is not available for order outside India.

International Shipping Days - within 3 Days
International Delivery Days - Within 7-9 Days
No return pickup from International locations

 

4. ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING:
You can log into account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

  • New: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed
  • Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be printed as per requirements and packaged
  • Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by TGL Co., and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email
  • On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order
  • Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or by TGL Co. If you want more information about this, please contact us.
  • Returned: This order was returned to TGL Co. after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charge

5. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
To cancel your order, please email us with your order number on info@tglcompany.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns policy laid out below is to deal with such situations.

  • Damaged/Defective product: In case the packaging, or the product was defective or damaged, then please raise it with us at info@tglcompany.com. Subject to verification, we will have a pick up arranged and replace the order with something else of your choice, or give you the credits in your account for another purchase.
  • Incorrect product/quantity shipped: In case we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please flag it at info@tglcompany.com and we will have it replaced with the correct product right away! Please allow us 7 days to arrange the replacements.


7. Refunds:
Full amount paid will be refunded to the original source of payment only in case of duplicate payment or Order Cancellation. For other concerns, please reach out to us on info@tglcompany.com.
