Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
1) Meta & Google
- Own end-to-end Meta & Google performance marketing:
strategy, structure, execution, optimisation - Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness →
consideration → conversion → retargeting) - Work closely with creative/content teams to brief, test and
scale high-performing creatives - Build audience strategies including:
- Interest-based targeting
- Lookalikes
- Retargeting (site visitors, cart abandoners, purchasers)
2) Marketplace & Quick commerce Ads
- Manage and optimise paid ads on Amazon, Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart and other
e-commerce platforms - Understand platform-specific ad formats, bidding logic and
performance levers - Drive visibility, conversion and ROI across marketplaces while
aligning with brand goals
3) Performance Metrics & Growth
Analytics
- Track, analyse and optimise key metrics like ROAS, CPC, CAC,
LTV, Conversion Rate, AOV - Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear
insights and action points - Identify scale vs efficiency opportunities and recommend budget
allocation
4) Content & Campaign Strategy
- Develop content-led performance strategies (not just
discount-led ads) - Align campaigns with:
- product launches
- gifting seasons (Diwali, Christmas, weddings, corporate
gifting) - storytelling themes (origin, ritual, provenance)
- Continuously test creatives, formats, messaging and audiences
5) Analysis, Review & Optimisation
- Conduct regular campaign audits and performance reviews
- Identify drop-offs in funnel and optimise creatives, landing
pages and targeting - Work with internal teams / agencies to improve conversion and
retention
Experience Level
- 4-5 years in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google
Analytics - Experience managing e-commerce performance campaigns
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and attribution
- Ability to translate data into clear decisions and
recommendations - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Amazon Ads / Swiggy Ads / marketplace
advertising - Experience in D2C, FMCG, premium or lifestyle brands

Head Gifting

Qualifications
MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Strategy preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and scale the corporate & B2B gifting vertical, driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
2. Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury brands, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
3. Own annual gifting strategy, targets, pricing, and margins, with strong focus on festive and bulk orders.
4. Drive product curation, customization, and premium packaging in collaboration with marketing and sourcing teams.
5. Manage key accounts, large-ticket negotiations, and repeat business from top clients.
6. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and logistics for timely and flawless execution.
7. Lead, mentor, and scale the gifting sales and operations team.
8. Knowledge of the unorganised gifting trade and gifting aggregators.
Experience Level
10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales / Key Account Management
• Prior exposure to FMCG, premium, luxury, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA – International Business preferred), Commerce (M.Com), or related field
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop B2B export business across assigned international regions for Tea & Coffee.
2. Drive export strategy, distributor appointment, performance management, and asset utilization.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners.
4. Own export revenue, profitability, and achievement of primary/secondary targets; review monthly MIS and forecasts.
5. Lead coordination with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
6. Represent the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and strategic client engagements.
Experience Level
10+ years of experience in Export / International Business
• Prior experience in Tea, Coffee, FMCG, or Agri-commodity exports preferred
Skills and Competencies

Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Churchgate, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end social & digital content creation
Create and edit, platform-optimized content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn — including reels, motion graphics, static posts and short-form videos.
E-commerce & performance creative expertise
Design high-converting product images, Amazon listings, and A+ content, along with static and video ad creatives for Meta, Google and marketplace platforms, in collaboration with performance teams.
Content shoots & visual production
Plan and execute in-house photo and video shoots, handling styling, lighting, composition and on-set creative direction for lifestyle, product and recipe-based content.
Strong video & motion design capability
Produce brand films, social edits and product videos with skills in editing, color grading, captions, motion graphics and thumbnails.
Brand & internal asset development
Create consistent brand-aligned assets including emailers, WhatsApp creatives, presentations, decks and internal templates.
Creative strategy & collaboration
Pitch concepts for campaigns, launches and collaborations while working closely with copy, growth, e-commerce and sales teams to deliver impactful visuals.
Experience, tools & execution excellence:
- 3-4 years’ experience in graphic design for social & e-commerce (or equivalent portfolio).
- Strong portfolio showing: Social media reels, performance Ad creatives, product photography, Amazon A+/listing designs and brand videos.
- Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom. Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
- Video / short form editing: cutting, color grade, captions/subtitles, motion graphics.
