Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the corporate & B2B gifting vertical, driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury brands, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Own annual gifting strategy, targets, pricing, and margins, with strong focus on festive and bulk orders.
  • Drive product curation, customization, and premium packaging in collaboration with marketing and sourcing teams.
  • Manage key accounts, large-ticket negotiations, and repeat business from top clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and logistics for timely and flawless execution.

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling and developing B2B business across the assigned region within the FMCG/Beverage sector (Tea, Coffee, Beverage). The role involves managing distributors, vendors, and assets; building strong relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Corporates, Caterers, and Institutions; achieving primary and secondary sales targets; maintaining monthly reports; and coordinating with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business & Revenue Growth
  1. Own and deliver e-commerce topline and bottom-line targets as per the annual business plan.
  2. Drive revenue growth across domestic and international marketplaces through effective portfolio and channel strategies.
  3. Develop and execute growth plans for existing and new marketplace accounts.
  • Profitability & Margin Management
  1. Maintain CM2 in line with company-defined targets through continuous monitoring and corrective actions.
  2. Optimize product mix, pricing, promotions, and trade terms to ensure sustained profitability.
  3. Evaluate ROI on discounts, schemes, and platform investments.
  • Marketplace & Partnership Management
  1. Act as the primary liaison between marketplace partners and internal stakeholders.
  2. Close new commercial agreements, partnerships, and improved trade terms with platforms and service partners.

  2. Leverage insights to recommend strategic and operational improvements.

  • International Marketplace Expansion
  1. Identify and develop opportunities on international marketplaces.
  2. Manage onboarding, listings, compliance, pricing, and partner coordination for global markets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L, CM2, and contribution margin management.
  • Hands-on experience with Indian and/or international marketplaces.
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
  • Financial orientation with exposure to reconciliations and receivable management.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, marketing, and operations.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management (higher side of experience preferred).
