Job Summary:

Responsible for handling and developing B2B business across
the assigned region within the FMCG/Beverage sector (Tea, Coffee, Beverage).
The role involves managing distributors, vendors, and assets; building strong
relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Corporates, Caterers, and
Institutions; achieving primary and secondary sales targets; maintaining
monthly reports; and coordinating with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams
to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Technologist & Nutritionist to engage in the formulation and development of luxury food portfolio. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of food science, culinary art, and nutritional wellness. You will be responsible for creating premium Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages, artisanal honey, gourmet spices, fortified ghee, and other lifestyle food products that meet rigorous safety standards while delivering exceptional taste and health benefits. The ideal candidate will ensure every product aligns with our brand's promise of purity, luxury, and holistic well-being.

Qualifications & Experience

 Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

 Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Food R&D within FMCG, Luxury Food, or Beverage industries.
  • Proven track record of launching successful RTD, dairy, or pantry staple products.

 Technical Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and thermal processing.
  • Expertise in Indian and International Food Regulations (FSSAI, FDA, EFSA).
  • Strong knowledge of nutritional science, macronutrients, and functional foods.

Key Competencies

  •  Sensory Acuity: Exceptional palate capable of distinguishing subtle flavor notes and defects.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret lab data, nutritional reports &consumer feedback to refine products.

Role Overview
TGL Co. is looking for a commercially driven professional to lead its Accessories
business. The role will own the category end-to-end—from sourcing and product
development to sales, profitability, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute the Accessories category growth strategy.
  • Identify, source, and onboard domestic/international suppliers.
  •  Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Build and expand the accessories portfolio across tea, coffee, and lifestyle
    categories.
  • Drive sales across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, corporate gifting, and
    distribution channels.
  • Manage product lifecycle, inventory planning, and category profitability.
  • Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to
    ensure successful product launches and business growth.

Desired Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in Category Management, Buying,Merchandising,
    Product Management, Sourcing, or Business Development.
  • Experience in lifestyle products, kitchenware, homeware, gifting, premium consumer goods, or related categories preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and commercial acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business vertical.
