    About White Bud Yin Zhen White Tea:

    Similar in appearance to silver needles, this rare and renowned tea is a delight for any yellow or white tea drinker. It ranks amongst the most superior white teas in the world. Best brewed with water below boiling point, these handpicked silvery buds result in a clear, pale infusion with a mild fragrance of fresh cut hay. Our tea grows in close proximity to mandarins and apricots which give it a uniquely fruity bouquet. At once casual and elegant, this one glows like dawn in your cup. A connoisseur’s delight.

  • For Teabag:

    Note: Do not boil water with teabag in it. It may cause the tea to taste bitter.

    • Take 1 teabag in a cup for each 150 ml of water.
    • Bring the water to a boil separately and let it cool down for 1 minute such that the water temperature is 90°C.
    • Pour it into the cup and leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes.
    • Remove the teabag from the cup and enjoy your tea.

    For Loose Leaf:

    Note: Do not boil water with tea leaves in it. It may cause the tea to taste bitter.

    • Take 1 tsp or 2g of tea for each 150 ml of water. Use tea infuser or teapot for convenience.
    • Bring the water to a boil separately and let it cool down for 1 minute such that the water temperature is 90°C.
    • Pour freshly boiled water it into the cup and leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes.
    • Sieve and serve. In case of tea infuser, remove it from the cup and enjoy.
