It's actually good product. I really loved the innovation and idea behind building such a useful product. Its helpful in many ways to get a perfect cup of green tea. Few leaves (crushed part) comes out most of the time. But it's manage-able. Its easy to wash and easy to use. Quality is also great.Suggestions to company to craft this product in different ways and bring more variety.
