Description
About Golden Elixir Roasted Coffee Beans:
With rippling acidity, aromas of juicy, pulpy fruit and an underlying toasty taste, this is the kind of coffee you will fall hard for. It comes from a small family-run plantation in Karnataka and made by a 5th generation coffee producer. Typical to the region, the coffee is rich, high-toned, and with mellow tannins that make the cup smooth. Versatile and beautifully nuanced, its flavors will have you coming back for more.
Ingredients:
100% Arabica Coffee Beans
Tasting Notes:
The cup is full-bodied, robust, and pleasantly acidic. It starts on a bright, crisp note, as the dominant flavor of jackfruit gives the impression of sweetness. The fruity sweetness fades quickly to reveal well-structured, taut acidic flavors supported by some toasty hints, resembling graham crackers, at the base.
