Grown in the mineral-rich slopes of El Bálsamo Quetzaltepec mountain range around San Salvador Volcano, this coffee is marked by intensity and weight, with a spine of fruity acidity. Drink everyday or save for special occasions, there is no going wrong with this one.

Tasting Notes:
The cup is sweet, well-balanced and has depth. In addition to nutty flavors, notes of dark fruit, resembling black currant, can be picked up throughout the length of the cup, adding a robust character to it.
