The cup is rich, citrusy and brisk but well balanced and ample in the mouth. It starts clean but reveals bright, juicy flavors around the middle, marked by notes of citrus rind, mandarin, and gooseberry, with some toasted nuts at the base and a welcome fruit rind-like bitterness towards the end.
