The cup is exceptionally bright, pleasantly brisk, and ample in the mouth. Robust notes of citrus fruit and a welcome bitterness of fruit rind can be picked up throughout the length of the cup. There’s an underlying sweetness, resembling apple crisps, that’s quite striking. The bright, fruity sweetness lingers long in the finish.
