- Where do you get your teas from?
We source our teas from where they grow best, which creates a high quality brew that sings with distinctive aroma and flavour. We then surprise these teas with infusions of thoughtfully selected botanicals and flavours that create a sensational harmony on your palate.
Some of the countries we currently source our teas from are China, Japan, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, India. Most of the flowers and fruits used in our tea blends are sourced from across Europe, to ensure that only the best goes in every cup you drink!
With every brew and blend, we’re reviving the concept of tea and taking it places to where it has never been before.

- What are the shipping charges?
For all orders above Rs. 1000, our shipping is entirely free across India! For orders below Rs. 1000, shipping charges vary depending on where you live. To find out shipping charges, simply enter your post code at checkout, and the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed.

- Can I pay by cash on delivery?
For most locations, we accept cash on delivery. To find out if your location has the cash on delivery option, enter your post code at checkout, and if cash on delivery option is available for your post code, it will show up in payment options.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely! For payments, we have partnered with PayU, one of India’s leading payment portals, which offers leading edge security and secure encryption of all your details. Through PayU, you can easily pay using 45+ Net-banking options, 8+ bank EMI’s, 6 Wallets, Amex, Rupay, International Cards and more! You can also use PayPal for international payments – one of the largest and most secure international payments gateway!
Additionally, we have a secure website using an HTTPS protocol, instead of HTTP, thereby encrypting all user data through the website and providing you with security.
- How long will my order take to deliver?
From the date of your order, we target to deliver within 4 business days. Order times can vary a little depending on your location. After ordering, we will drop you an email with tracking details of your order, so at any point in time, you can check where your shipment is and when it is expected to arrive.
- Can I track my order?
Absolutely. We will provide you with tracking details of your shipment after you have completed your purchase.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled until they have been shipped. Once we email you shipment confirmation, modification or cancellation will not be possible.
However, if for specific reasons, the product is not as promised, then you can initiate return of the product, subject to certain criteria. You can read more about this on our Returns and Refunds page.
- What happens if I am not at home when the order is being delivered?
If there is no one available to collect the order on your behalf, then our delivery partners will leave a note of attempted delivery, and will try to deliver once again. If both deliveries result in failures, then the product will be returned to us. We will get in touch with you to arrange for a suitable delivery time and location.
- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally yet, but are working on this, and aim to provide international shipments very soon!
- Where else can I buy your teas from?
Our teas are available at a range of stores across India! And we are actively looking out to partner with more. Check out our stockists for more details on retail store availability.
Returns and Refund
- Can I return the teas I bought?
Yes, in the unlikely event that the tea we send to you arrives in defective packaging, is very late, or if we have shipped the incorrect tea, then you can initiate a return. Just write to us on email@example.com to arrange for a pickup.
Will you refund my money, or offer another tea in replacement?
We will replace your tea with another one of your choice, or give you the credit in your account for a later purchase.
- What is this program?
This is a rewards based loyalty program, where we try to give back to you with gifts, vouchers and discounts! Our way of saying a big thank you for supporting us!
- What are the benefits of enrolling in this program?
You can read the benefits of the program at the LoyalTea page in detail. But in essence, you get points for purchasing on our website if you’ve enrolled in this program. The points will earn you discounts, vouchers and gifts! You will also get 10% off on your first order!
- How do I sign up?
Pretty straightforward – if you don’t have an account, create one here. If you have an account, then login to your account, go to LoyalTea program, and simply opt in by providing your birthdate!
- How do I earn points?
Points are automatically credited to your account whenever you make a purchase on our website! Make sure you log in before buying.
- How do I redeem my points?
Once you get the required number of points, we will mail you a coupon code that can be redeemed against any purchases on our website

We don’t believe in sneakily robbing your hard earned points! So, no, your points never expire and are valid for a lifetime!
- Where can I see how many points I have?

- How long will it take for my points to show up in my account?
Points are credited to your account within 2 days post your order is delivered.
- Is there a minimum purchase amount to earn points?
You earn points in increments of Rs. 10. There is no minimum amount required for a purchase
- Can I give my points to someone else?
No, the points are tagged to your account, and cannot be given away. You could use to points to make a purchase, and gift that instead!
- Will you charge shipping fees on my free gifts?
If the normal value of your free gift is above Rs. 1,000, then we won’t charge any shipping for domestic deliveries. For lesser amounts than that, nominal shipping charges will be applied.
- What is the minimum order value for redeeming reward points?
Your order value should be worth INR 1500/-
- Why am I not able to redeem my reward points?
The possible reasons are:
- You have exhausted all 2000 points which is the max number of points that can be redeemed in a month
- Your cart value is less than INR 1500/-
- You are yet to accumulate minimum of 1000 points required to be eligible for redemption
- This is your first order. You need to be at least 1 order old to be able to redeem your reward points
- How does referral program work?
Simply share the referral link with friends whom you’d like to introduce to our awesome teas and coffees. Once your friend registers on our website and places first order, your reward points will be credited to your account.
- How many friends can I refer?
As many as you want. Keep up the good work!
- Why are my referral reward points not showing on the account?
One of the reasons referral reward points do not reflect on the account is because your referred friend is yet to either register with us or place their first order.
- What does my friend get, on being referred?
Your friend is eligible for earning reward points once he signs up and places order on the website.
