It's time for some sinfully healthy indulgence with this easy to make Matcha Waffles recipe.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ¼ cup Ragi flour
- ¼ cup Jaggery Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Water
Recipe
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add the wet ingredients & mix well to form a lump free batter.
- Grease a waffle pan with butter or oil & pour in a ladle full of batter. Cover and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes each or till the waffle is slight brownish & crisp.
- Serve as desired.
