Matcha Waffles

It's time for some sinfully healthy indulgence with this easy to make Matcha Waffles recipe.

Serves 2


  • ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ cup Ragi flour
  • ¼ cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Water


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add the wet ingredients & mix well to form a lump free batter.
  2. Grease a waffle pan with butter or oil & pour in a ladle full of batter. Cover and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes each or till the waffle is slight brownish & crisp.
  3. Serve as desired.
